Matsumoto Castle

I have nothing more to say.

I lied.

Local train wending through the Japanese Alps. It's amazing how many people have Alps.
Matsumoto Castle
At five stories climb, the wind whistles mountain peak cold. 

Plus a shrine full of rice in the rafters to keep off fire and lightening. 

Since, unlike so many castles, wooden Matsumoto remains intact, the shrine works.
