We took the White Pass train up to... err... the top of White Pass, which was one of the routes that Yukon gold hunters took in 1900. It was particularly mist bound.

The White Pass rail is considered a World Heritage Engineering site due to the steep nature of the steel bridges. Well, that you see it here. There's another bridge. One completely swirled in fog. Close your eyes and I'm sure you can imagine it. Some slender cantilevered thing that extends out into the nothing as the train sways and chugs up the harsh incline.
