NYC_09_08_09_day_4 -- Then I realized that the 1 wouldn't take me to the Bronx and that I needed a drastic course correction. So, I got off at 145 St. and walked across the neck of Manhattan. A fairly ordinary neighborhood. Far away from all the tourists and the tall buildings. A street like any other.
